The Cottage on Cole is located at 330 Cole Blvd. in the quiet, sought-after area of South Beach in Southampton. It is a convenient 5 minute walk to sandy beach, rail trail, tennis club, and new fitness centre. 

The cottage is a lovely, freshly painted and decorated three bedroom all season property that sleeps 6-8. It offers all the laid back ambiance of a typical Southampton beach holiday but includes conveniences that allow you to truly relax such as diswasher, washer and dryer, brand new 4 piece bath, gas fireplace, screened in sunroom, tv and dvd and stereo system. The lot is beautifully landscaped and includes a deck for outdoor eating, barbecue and fire pit and a shed for storing bicycles and beach items.
